This event is a continuation of our Biomarker Awareness Moment Webinar from February 9. We will continue discussing genetics, genomics, and biomarker testing. 

Is genetic and genomic testing the same?  What is comprehensive biomarker testing? How do I know if I’m getting the right type of testing? Join us for this second discussion in our webinar series to gain a deeper understanding of genetics, genomics, and biomarker testing.

About the Presenter

Dr. Eric Konnick is responsible for the design, implementation and clinical evaluation of advanced lab methods to help patients with a wide variety of diseases. He is excited to use his medical training and technical expertise to bring cutting-edge diagnostic methods to patients.

Dr. Konnick earned his M.D. at the University of Utah. He is board certified in Molecular Genetic Pathology, Clinical Pathology and Anatomic Pathology by the American Board of Pathology. His academic interests include the intersection of germline and somatic mutation testing in malignancy and the use of automation and software to reduce laboratory errors.
