About I-Fen Chang

I-Fen Chang is the Vice President, Global Medical Therapeutic Area Head, Oncology at Amgen. I-Fen is a Pharm D and has over 15 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with roles in medical affairs and clinical development. Prior to joining Amgen, she held the position of Worldwide Medical Lung lead at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Co. I-Fen received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, College of Pharmacy in Piscataway, New Jersey. She completed her Pediatric Pharmacotherapy Residency at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas.
